Order Process:

Step 1

To start your Apostille order today, please click and download the order form below this paragraph. Make sure to carefully read it, choose the type of service you need, fill out the entire form, and remember to sign it.

Step 2

Once you have completed and “signed” the order form, place the order form along with the document(s) for Apostille and mail them next day to the below address.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO OBTAIN A TRACKING NUMBER FROM THE POST OFFICE.

Once you have mailed the order form with the document(s), please immediately email us the tracking number to [email protected]. Include the tracking number in the Subject Line of the email. However, if you are near our headquarters in San Diego, California, you are welcome to drop off the documents.

Step 3

Once your document(s) has been received by our office and carefully reviewed, we will notify you before 3:00PM by phone and email the same day we receive your document(s) to discuss and if needed, request additional information. Assuming your document is properly authenticated and ready for Apostille, we will then insure your document, move forward with your Apostille request, and have it delivered to you according to the service type selected.
